Who can access our services?
- Mayne Islanders of any age who need assistance can benefit from our programs. The services that MIALS provide are available to all Mayne Islanders, not just the elderly.
Is there a charge to receive assistance from MIALS?
- No, services provided by MIALS are free. Our costs are covered by generous private and community donations.
Who can refer people to MIALS?
- Mayne Islanders can refer themseves for assistance or can be referred by others. Family members who are not Mayne Island residents may seek assistance for their loved ones who do live on Mayne Island.
