Join Sue Duncan and the wonderful Mayne Island Lunch Bunch on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month for a delightful afternoon of delicious home-style meals and engaging guest speakers and presentations from our community. Whether you’re a long-time resident or new to the island, all ages are welcome to join in the fun!

A Tradition of Good Food and Great Company:
The Lunch Bunch began many years ago (Program started in 2017) and has since blossomed into a cherished tradition that everyone looks forward to. Sue Duncan, known for her amazing culinary skills, prepares mouth-watering meals, including handmade desserts from scratch. The dedicated Lunch Bunch Team ensures everything runs smoothly, from setting up to serving and cleaning up afterward.

Why You Should Join:
Each Lunch Bunch event is themed, with meals tailored to match the day’s presentation, ensuring there’s always something new and exciting to try. Sue thoughtfully includes gluten-free and vegetarian options, and can even accommodate dairy-free requests, so everyone can enjoy a meal that suits their needs. We encourage you to not only join us for the meal but also consider ordering an extra meal to take home and enjoy later!

Cost: 
To help support this wonderful community initiative, we charge $10 per meal, whether you’re enjoying it at Lunch Bunch or taking it home. Your contributions help us keep this program running and accessible to all.
