Collective Care is a pairing of support groups offered by Mayne Island Assisted Living Society and the Mayne Island Health Centre Association. Offered on the same day at the same time slot; we are offer separate support groups for Care Givers and Care Receivers.

Care Receiver Support Group is a unique program that offers peer led discussion and incorporates Expressive Art Therapy offerings for those that are receiving any level of care from family, friends or medial professionals and care teams.
Care Giver Support Group is a chance to explore through peer-led discussion, information sharing, workshop opportunities, and activities designed to reduce stress, learn, and have a dependable care circle of support.
About Expressive Arts Therapy:
Expressive Arts Therapy is an integrative and multi-modal art-based therapy that uses imagination, creative writing, painting and drawing, movement and music. These are used to explore and improve mental, physical and emotional well being.
